Graco Heated Hoses

Reactor heated hoses manufactured by Graco offer features that allow you to maintain the correct fluid temperature during spraying, resulting in higher output and improved performance. Available in low pressure (138 bar/2000 psi) and high pressure (241 bar/3500 psi). You can rely on genuine Graco parts for the best performance.

For extra protection and longer service life, some of our standard hoses can be ordered with our new Xtreme-Wrap scuff guard, or you can order it as a kit to replace the standard scuff guard on any existing Graco hose.

• The copper-heated hoses are specifically designed to be used in combination with Graco manifolds
• Covered with a proprietary butyl layer to protect against moisture-sensitive isocyanate
• Hoses are covered with foam insulation to retain heat
• Different fitting sizes on the isocyanate and resin hoses prevent incorrect hose connections
• A custom split kit is used to electrically connect hoses without the need for copper under the fittings
• The spiral flexible hose contains braided copper strands for greater flexibility and longer service life
• Flexible hoses 246050 and 246055 are standard equipped with the new Xtreme-Wrap scuff guard for extra protection and longer service life
• Other selected hoses can be ordered with the Xtreme-Wrap scuff guard for extra protection and longer service life
