In collaboration with De La Roy Insulation & Design from Brabant, we were able to realize a beautiful canopy for a chic Customer Visit Center. Thanks to the design and milling work by De La Roy, and the coating and finishing by KCN, a modern piece of architecture has been created.

This concerns a canopy of over 260 m2, cut from EPS, consisting of 2 canopy elements, 11 ribs, and 2 supports. We primed, sanded, and filled each of these elements, applied a 3 mm thick polyurea coating, then sanded and filled again, applied a filler layer, sanded once more, finished with a white topcoat, and finally gave it a metallic finish.

This shows the power of polystyrene (EPS) with polyurea coating. Entire structures can be realized! As long as the knowledge and expertise are there!
This project was a wonderful example of that, with a result everyone can be proud of!
