Since 2002, Kunststof Coatings Nederland BV has been applying polyurea hotspray systems in tippers. Polyurea has the capacity to resist wear on aluminum tippers far longer than any other system. As a result, this finish provides immediate cost savings for the transporter. The tipper lasts much longer and the wear on the aluminum is reduced to a minimum. The polyurea hotspray system that is used is extremely wear-resistant and resistant to all kinds of external influences.
Tank trucks

With the right surface preparation, substrate condition, product selection, and on-site application, long-lasting protection is achieved. Due to the fast processing and reaction times, the synthetic coating forms an ideal finish for tanks.
